Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart. Charges will be displayed at checkout. Rates vary by product/package weight/dimension. 

DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

USPS Priority Mail USA
2-3 business days
Based on order weight and calculated in shopping cart

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Any order over 1 pound may go USPS Retail Ground or USPS Regional Priority or USPS Priority Mail depending on which is the most cost effective for your service area.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

UPS Economy USA
2-5 business days
Based on order weight and calculated in shopping cart

JAL Organics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS First Class and Priority Mail depending on order weight.

International shipping will also be calculated by USPS or UPS at time of checkout. Customers are responsible for customs and duties of their respective countries of residence. We do not accept orders from some countries such as Mexico, some Asian nations, Russia, UAE and the Middle East due to customs regulations. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

JAL Organics charges taxes on retail orders in the states of Arkansas and Delaware. All other states we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order unless otherwise noted at checkout. (Some states require it now.) All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

JAL Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please send us a photo of the product so we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and replace your order. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
